The double layer tile press is a hydraulic press used to squeeze and cut the coarse tile blank of the vacuum screw extruder when producing glazed tile by wet method. The double-layer tile press can be installed and used separately, but it needs to be installed and unloaded by human. It can also be equipped with automatic loading rack and unloading manipulator, extruder, shaper cutter, billet conveyor and wattail conveying line to form the production line of the tile billet without manual operation.
Color steel double layer presser is equipped with a set of lubrication system. When the machine is running, all bearing bearings, transmission gear mechanism motion guide rails and other parts are automatically lubricated. Double color steel tile press the workbench has six working procedure, the workbench's turn, have a first-class mechanical index, positioning, also set up a set of precise positioning, fully ensure every stamping process, make full exhaust of the mud slab, mould pressing down on them again on tile billet in place, did not return to the highest position, thus mould service life is long, products of good quality.
